Attorney Profile: Robert John Gale, IV
Robert John Gale, IV is a native of Winston-Salem and a resident of Kernersville. He began his practice of law as an Assistant District Attorney in 2003 and served the State of North Carolina in that capacity through 2011 in both Dare and Forsyth counties. During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, he prosecuted all levels of criminal matters including speeding, domestic violence, habitual impaired driving, habitual felon, drug trafficking, and cases involving the loss of life.
In 2012, Mr. Gale started his own practice using his extensive prosecutorial and trial experience in the representation of individuals in Kernersville and Winston-Salem. Robert John Gale, IV is a proven trial lawyer with experience in cases ranging from simple speeding tickets and Driving While Impaired to drug offenses (including high-level drug trafficking), murder, as well as assisting individuals in Civil Litigation matters, Divorces, and Wills.
Mr. Gale is an active member in the Kernersville community, a member of Fountain of Life Lutheran Church, the Kernersville Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, a Paul Harris Fellow-Rotary Club of Kernersville, and has been a proud sponsor of Kernersville Little League. He is a graduate of The George Washington University and Regent University School of Law and recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award from Wake Forest University School of Law for Trial Practice.
In addition to representing clients throughout the Piedmont Triad area, Mr. Gale has also previously served the Town of Kernersville, North Carolina as an Assistant Town Attorney. Mr. Gale practices in several areas of the law, including Business and Corporate Law, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Criminal Law.
Mr. Gale is married to Cristina Gale, whom he first met when they were both students in the same High School AP History class. They have two children, Bobby and Gwyn.
